Dr. Majerus presented A 4-MHz Miniaturized Inductive Receive Chain for Closed-Loop Neuromodulation with Bladder Pressure Feedback on behalf of Leo Yang.
This work leverages the COSMIIC open-source neuromodulation system. We built a custom radio link that enables our previous wireless pressure sensor to send data directly to the implant, no external antennas needed! Software on COSMIIC interprets data in real time to decide when to stimulate the bladder, in an important step to building a neuroprosthesis for urinary continence.
